No other warning. Is it ok to upload the original 1680x1200 photo despite the warning?

No it doesn’t show the error. I’m not really sure what they mean by incorrect size. They don’t even explain. The photo is cropped anyways when uploading using the cropping tool in the portal. How can it be incorrect size when it’s cropped to their rectangle size? Yes I got the copr 3 weeks ago

My photo was rejected 4 times due to “incorrect size”. However, it meets all the requirements and the photo was taken by professional photographer. Has anyone had this issue? I take a new photo every time and they reject it every time. Dimensions are 1680x1200 (which is mentioned in the guide)...

I’m not sure. I think if it’s a hard copy, it’s better to scan it on May 6th so the time tag on your file is May 6th.

If your employer doesn’t mind, I would say get a new one on May 5 just in case. It doesn’t hurt. But if it’s not easy to ask for another letter, the one you already have will probably work.

Well I guess it depends on which shoppers you go to then. We don’t know yet, but they probably want the digital. Just have both of them ready and upload whichever they ask on May 6th.

They do stamp the back of the photo, but I don’t think that’s necessary. They probably just want a digital photo.

It should be in the past 6 months. I took from shoppers, but they only give you hard copy. I scanned it and will upload that.

There are some stamps in my passport that are not english. Do I have to translate them? Also, if they ask for proof of presence in Canada what can we use? Is utility bills and credit card statement enough?

I think the best option is to ask for a letter on May 5 and mention in the letter that we would be employed on May 6 as well. I think it’s too risky to ask for the letter on May 6, as we don’t know when the stream would open and we can’t ask the employer in the middle of the night.

For all the documents (passport, PCC, forms, etc) does anyone know if there are separate upload slots for principal applicant and spouse or I should combine the documents in one file (For example one passport file that contains both passports)?
