Same question here. We just received invitation for both of our minors. I see they are not required to sign oath form (though they have received that form). Do I need to inform IRCC in advance if minors will not be present? Do we still need to cut their PR cards during ceremony?

Checked ECAS - "decision made" for me and my spouse (I guess that happened Oct 19, 2022), but "in process" for both kids. Is that normal?

I haven't received any update over email or application tracker, but me and my spouse were able to sign in to the test this morning! (did not proceed with taking the test as we plan to do this tomorrow) Check yours - you might be able to sign in as well!
