I called call center 3 times today, couldn't be transferred to an agent due to a high volume. The automated recording said applications received after June 28, 2018 have not been processed. My application is right on June 28th received. Still sitting on Decision made since Oct 10th and I'm see...

I'm at the same situation. Application received June 28 Processing started October 9 Decision made since October 10 No update since then.. I'm assuming the card is in production but who know how long that will take.. I never received AOR at all..

My status got updated today to In process from Application received. I have not received any emails from CIC though. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 28, 2018. We started processing your application on October 9, 2018.

Isn't it your client number which is at the front of pr card. PR card number is at thw back of the card. Either would work as long as you click the right identification category. Good luck.

Any identification you have in your hand would work. FYI I did it with PR card number.

I've just checked my status and it is finally updated to " We received application on June 28th". No email has been sent to me. We'll see how long it will take from here..
