Hi I have applied for co-up work permit and i got a mail that shows visa type is permit-wp-ext/permis-pt-pror till 2021-08-31. My co-up duration is only 10 monts but i got 3 year permit. Is it open work permit or not. Can i apply for PR based on it..??????
