Guys are you sure your wrote TRUE FAlSE like this? Some people consider it wrong answer if it is not in capital and full. Also the answer must come from the text Without any changes. If text says document it is document not documentations or something.

Sorry I was confused between the reference number and the candidate number. The reference number is in the registration confirmation email. The candidate number you get in the exam in the piece of paper on your desk.

Alternatively, you can log in to your account from the "Candidate area" the link is here: https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/CandidatePortal.aspx Then use your email and reference number to log in. Then you will find a tab titled " results", in which you can find your result.

It is in the piece of paper you get in the exam. It was on your desk and you should have taken it with you. This is the only way you get it.
