Congratulations! As you’re already in Canada, can you activate your PR with CoPR letter inside Canada without travelling back if there is a short timeline/ expiry by which you have to activate the PR? I know you’ll need to be be going to rap things up later. Just a thought

I think what it means is while you’re in Canada Asa visitor your Outland application is still considered.

Today I received a reply back from LVO on my enquiry on visit visa extension which I did via their web form about 4 weeks ago. They essentially said PR application is not affected by the country of residence while my application awaits initial review in London.
