Did you email your oath office about this?

Maybe keep e-mailing them every 2 - 3 business days?

I was finally able to download it today! (phew) :)

If you already have the certificate, you should be fine. The tracker will get updated eventually. I asked the IRCC agent if I need to send the oath form again, and she said no. But I replied to my oath invite email on Wednesday to remind them about my case - no action till now. So, I'll call...

Were you able to talk to IRCC on the phone about this? If yes, what did they tell you?

The only steps we can take at this point are: emailing the office, calling IRCC and submitting the web form. Do you know which office did you get the oath invite from?

You don't need to wait for an invite code to be sent to you. You can generate one on your own from the signup page of the portal.

Hmm. Then our cases are a bit different. I'm worried that my oath form might have slipped through the cracks, and the onus of reminding them about that is on me now. My tracker also hasn't been updated since the oath, which basically means my file is still open until someone gets to it and marks...

You won't recieve any email. You'll have to create a portal account, log into it and keep checking if the certificate is avaiable for download. The portal's URL is: https://portal-portail.apps.cic.gc.ca/signin?lang=en (right now, it's down for maintenance for a couple of hours I guess).

I emailed them my oath form just once - on the same day as my oath ceremony. I never heard back from them after that. When I wasn't able to download my e-certificate for 3 business days, I called IRCC and they told me that they have received my oath form (and that I don't need to send it again)...

They won't let you in. From what I know, all IRCC office visits are strictly by appointment only.

I'm completely with you on this and I'm also in the same boat. So many of my travel plans are up in the air now! (I also have a few flight tickets booked) :(
