    No all you need is copr and ur passport with stamp. That paper is only if u have to make Ann appointment for landing. If no paper is there then I can either make appointment or go to any us border for landong

    Yes but getting refusal letter from US is part of the process. It doesn’t effect ur passport and about a week of delay for passport
