When I called first time to CIC, they already know my application number (which by the way we entered during call). So thats not the issue. And its ok to call them again. You might get the PPR next week, thats the trend now.- azambhrgn

Not sure for ADR, but it will be good if you submit it upfront. You can raise a web form for additional documents- http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp I have also submitted couple of documents few days back. And yes you are in IP2.- azambhrgn
