Me and my husband applied on June 4th and until now they didn’t even start the review eligibility. Processing time last week = 36 days. Now = 39 days.

Last week they replied my webform and told me that they were working on applications received on May 21. Now I just checked the processing times (updated) and now is saying that they are working May 14. How is it possible???

Thank you. I did but they said that they were working on 21 May applications and my application is under the “normal” processing time.
