    Hi, I am currently in Canada on open work permit as my spouse is on ICT. Now my organisation would like to file my own ICT while I am in Canada (I meet all the requirements of managerial ICT). My queries are: 1. Can i process ICT while i am in canada which is like an amendment from open work...
