I’ve been trying to book an appointment for OCI with one of the offices in GTA but never found availability. Can I book an appointment for different category and show up for oCI ? Did that work for anyone lol ?

After they acknowledged, did you see a change in online tracker ? Or there were no updates until oath email ? They acknowledged my email today that my application is in queue to be rescheduled.

Got a response immediately after I sent a reminder email. Hello, Thank you for informing us that you are back in Canada. Your application is in queue to be rescheduled for a ceremony and we cannot provide you with a specific time frame. Once you have been scheduled, we will contact you by email.

I submitted all the stamped pages when I submitted my initial application but they still wanted to take a look at them in person even though the scanned copies were super clear.

I’m a single applicant and I didn’t see anyone going in with their family until I was there. And mine was an online test. Officer mentioned that I was called in for in person interview to verify my travel history as I traveled for business a lot.
