I am also FSW-Outland and my screenshot was exactly the same when I received AOR and still is. I am actually interested in seeing the changes that will occur when I get MEP update and Bio-metric Collection Letter.

If it's any consolation, I've gathered that the R10 completeness check is carried out after AOR irrespective of whether your medicals has been passed or not. While passing medicals will trigger the receipt of bio-metrics collection letter, it won't stop IRCC commencing your background check...

Your ECA soft copy was due to be delivered any day from October 6, did you request your hard copy to be delivered along with someone else's?

When was the last of your documents delivered to IQAS?

Hi, I'ld say October 9 (today) however it may be tomorrow October 10 due to yesterday's thanksgiving holiday. IQAS tends to send ECA soft copies on the third month's anniversary of the date the last of your documents were delivered.

Yeah, they did. Both degrees were 1 year graduate degree programs and the comparative levels of achievement in Canada was summarised thus: "The Master's degree generally compares to the completion of a Master's degree with a focus in . . . " Also, country of study is the UK.

We paid for both and they stated in one of the ECA emails that they would refund the fee for that application back to the card.

We finally got our ECA soft copies today, masters degree evaluated as equivalent of Canadian masters degree. Date of completion of evaluation is September 18 for both of us. I think it's safe to conclude that IQAS sends the ECA soft copy on the 3rd month's anniversary of the date the last of...

This is what I have observed as well, my AOR1 and AOR2 came exactly 4 weeks after the documents were delivered, the ECA soft copy on the other hand has gone past 11 weeks from AOR2 as at yesterday. If IQAS are changing their processing time, they should update it on their website to guide people.
