Sorry, I think I meant to say you have to work in the company for 1 year to be approved. I checked it online and that seems to be the case and spoke with the US lawyers.

Yeah, I can probably look into that. To my knowledge its B1, L1 and H1 visas that allow you to work. B1 is only for business meetings so I am not allowed to work. L1 requires one year working period for the company and H1b to my knowledge is a lottery system?
