Hi, My background check status changed to complete on January 24th. Prohibitions, language and physical are still in progress.

I did the same. Thanks @navi for that. My background was updated on the 25th but the other are still in.progress. AOR is august 26th as well. Test invite dec 24th. Hopefully the rest is moved to complete as yoh and Navi. Fingers crossed. Its Niagara falls office too

Yes they do request it again for some. They ask for all passport pages.

I have the same issue. There is no section about what to provide. Im wondering if it is not a glitch and we should submit the passport anyway. Did you have a deadline to submit it? And did yoh juat sent it by email?
