Normal processing time is 62 days for first PR Card. This does not include mailing time. Adding postal time, it is approximately 70 days. You shall get your card anytime soon now that its 70 days today. Good Luck!

Did you apply for urgent processing? Because they are still working on opening applications in late May and mid june. For July 31st, it is pretty quick to have an APPLICATION RECEIVED on eCas already
