No I meant being an FSW-O applicant, who’s Indian by nationality but applied from another country of residence. I guess both would play a bit of a role in processing times?

My AOR is 12th October. My application was submitted through a consultant, so I don’t get the mails and I don’t have access to the online account. But I’ve been checking my status through calls daily, to see if there’s any changes. Haven’t spoken to an agent yet though. If nothing moves...

My status changed to “we are reviewing the additional documents you provided” today. I’m still hoping for it to be done by mid April. You’ll probably receive your PPR sooner. Hang in there. We’re closer to the end now.

168 days. And mine is still stuck at “The additional documents you provided have been recieved”. So I don’t think they’ve even started reviewing them.

The system is under maintenance for another 5 hours. Try after that.

Even I had no updates after medical passed until 5 months were completed. Got an ADR on 13th March when my 6th month started.

I plan to submit my latest bank statement, gift deed and my sisters' bank statement as proof of transfer since it was an online transfer. And an LoE as well. Finally something for me to do other than wait. How much longer do you think we'll have to wait? Know of any similar cases?

My consultant also did not submit a gift deed for my proof of funds. Just an LOE. But I haven't heard back for any clarification yet. I'm sure it shouldn't be a cause of concern, talk to the consultant and sort out what needs to be done. I could be wrong, but I haven't heard of any refusals...

This "AOR queue" that you speak of can't really exist in reality. Even though our applications are submitted in order, while processing applications they have to contact third parties and possibly await information from those third parties. Logically, they cannot stop processing the other...
