Canada borders are closed and hence they did not send ppr emails to outland applicants since march

Yeah in FEB everything was going accordingly so there wasn't any delay for biometrics. Thank you, but I am not sure if everything clear in the webform can guarantee a PPR.

I suppose all the work on the file is completed but have to wait for official confirmation until then just have to keep the hope. VO is Ottawa is case processing centre different from VO? In the webform response, you can see it as Ottawa.
