I am Nov'18 applicant from Etobicoke but my file went to Missisauga office . Is there a way to change the file from Missisauga to Scarborough without change in my address and is it worth a try in terms of getting Citizenship faster !

Yes your points above are valid. I live in etobicoke So i was under the impression the file will move faster than Missisauga but my file processing is happening in Missisauga now . So the data points for etobicoke in Spreadsheet is not valid ! . The file should only have reference to Missisauga...

Yeah as you mentioned correctly not many reference points to Mississauga Sadly though. This is a trend on overall applicants only.
