    I got refusal on 28 of aug stating a real lame reason under IRPA that i wont return to my country. So i had to defer my semester to jan. Because of my weak SOP created by my agent, I had to apply again on 12 sept. And approval came on 13 sept with passport req !! This shows they can take wrong...
