My profile was submitted on Nov, 2017 as per the express entry web portal. It says that i am eligible and my CRS is 364. Now recently under the HCP stream as per http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNOI.html, CRS score from 350-439 got ITA for profiles submitted from Jan to Aug , 2018...
