wonder why CIC London wanted such a big envelope?? anyway, mine was delivered to them last Wednesday. Hoping to have it back the first week in April ( 3 weeks)

thanks everyone... it is such a relief to get the passport request letter. i slept so well last night!! I got my passport couriered over to London today and they should get it on Wednesday morning. here's hoping for a quick turnaround. would love to book my flight now .

i got my PPR letter today! it was dated 28th Feb but only arrived today. I did not get an email. My passport will be in the post tomorrow! what are the photos that ive to send with my passport for? Are these for the visa being put into the passport or are they for the actual PR card?

today my ecas went to 'Complete' status... yippee! though i still have not received my PPR. weird eh? but then you never can tell with eCAS!

my ecas changed today to 'Decision Made' :) no PPR email or letter yet but ecas changing is good. it has been 'in process' since January 21st

hi, am new to this thread have any of you been able to log into eCas using the Fxxxxxxxxx file number? I have my sponsors client ID but also my file number and only the client ID works. would like to see if there is any difference...! thanks

thanks Kelkel... i had prints taken waaaaay back in October (my immigration consultant advised that i do) for the RCMP but seemingly they werent sent with my application. im very confused now! anyway, the consultant sent them to London a few weeks ago and CIC london are waiting on the clearance...

haha yeah thanks Kelkel... tho im thinking about little else lately! does anyone know how long it usually takes to get RMCP clearance? I remember that I had to get fingerprints taken for the RCMP and these were submitted when I sent my application in October. CIC London say that they are...

oh sorry, you mean they keep your passport after your send it in. hmm, i doubt it... wont they already know you were in Canada before they see your passport?
