Yes so I am guessing that’s the cause for delay. I am an Australian who applied initially as a single applicant, got married to an Indian after AOR and also moved to India. Basically Visa Office is New Delhi.

Yes I just found this thread. My AOR is 23rd April 2018. Got married in Oct 2018. Added spouse in Jan 2019. Got email March 2019 that I will he asked to attend an interview. Changed Visa Office from Sydney to New Delhi in March 2019. No updates since.
