Unable to Link my Paper Application for Visitor Visa on CIC website
Yes I'm facing it too and Yes I got the email on Sep 03...from then I'm trying to link the application ,but it says No Application found..reply to this thread if you are able to link in the future- HN3108

Thanks for the reply....I'm going to submit Paper application only but my question was , is that mandatory to submit via VFS or i can do myself through any other courier services ?? -
