Normally once you have SA approval , in same email it is mentioned where PA file will be processed initially. However in between if they feel to transfer file to VO, they can do at any point of time. Even i asked them if my file is in Sydney or Missisauga but they only mentioned file is in...

I dont have access to GCKEY , bcoz i have representative. But on automated call , it indicates BGC has not yet started. I also called up CIC last week and they informed that file still is in Canada. Is it your file in Sydney or Missisauga office?

I am also with similar timelines. No transfer email to NDVO as well. How do you know if file is being processed in Canada? Did you call them? I think even if there is no transfer email , there is chance CIC need answers from NDVO. Let us keep us updated.

May i know if you get any update for file transfer on ECAS as well? Or is it only email?
