Please loop me in my status is also on hold

My university replied to Wes on Wednesday, they even shared the email with me which was mentioning the accuracy of documents. Still the status says on hold. On calling Wes they say they have not received the reply yet. Any idea what can be done now ??

Can you please tell me how many days does Wes took to change the status from hold after they received the reply from university
