I am Vancouver as well. LPP was updated to progress on Dec 14 and after that no changes.

After completing the test i was shown a page saying 19/20 is my score and thats it. I did not get any email saying that I completed the test. Was it the same for you as well? in other words, did you get any email saying you completed the test without you clicking the button email result?
