you should've tell them while you landed. But that's okay, in my opinion. Just call or email them for the cancellation if you have received one.

I actually called IRCC regarding to this matter. The officer told me that you can inform the boarder officer and they will let IRCC office know that you will no longer require the appointment request.

Yes I do. I checked the IRCC website, and it says "best opinion" as booking an appointment. So I chose to do so, but I dont expect it will take that long for them to respond .

It happened to me as well. Just make sure submit your application when your experience actually have 2 years! CIC give you 60 days after you accept the invitation.

I took both IELTS and CELPIP for my PR application. CELPIP speaking for me is just ridiculous! While I score a 8 on IELTS, but a 6 on CELPIP. I strongly recommended go for IELTS computer-based (for speaking part, you still speak with a real person)
