It would be wise to contact your institute and tell them about the issue and convince to defer your admission for the next session if it is mandatory to submit the study permit on 15th August.. but I think you should wait till then.. You never know cic can update even on weekends

It is possible to get rejected if you don’t meet the requirements ... yes i have seen cases where the applicants spouse got rejected .. but if you meet all the requirements you don’t have to worry about that!! Good luck
