Ok .But some agents tell me after few days gaf u can apply again..not yet now in hurry.. Visa officer didnt give me visa bcz they tells in refusal that they are not satisfied with my file application and ties of country. I dont know what can i do now ??

I apply for visitor visa on my birthday invitation from canada.but i got refusal 2 times ..can i apply hurry after refusal for canada visitor visa again ?
