Actually, points for spouse education are not counted if ECA is marked as NO ( else I would have got 8 additional points). Anyway, I guess its better to follow your approach and mention the education only in personal history

Hi Snapdragon, Even I added my spouse foreign work history in EE application. Now after getting ITA, I am planning to remove it as it will be tough to arrange reference letters. Did you face any issues for mismatch between EE and PR application? Thanks
