Mine was delivered to Gatineau on 6th May and CC was charged on 20th June. Hoping I will receive my passport in about 1-2 weeks.

My application was delivered to Gatineau on 6th May and my CC was charged on 18th June. No update and no reply to my emails yet. Hoping to receive my passport soon. This week is my 9th week in processing.

Just created the online account to keep track of the application. Status is in progress. The wait starts.

Thank you. Yes, I think it used to take longer but seems the AOR timeline has improved. But the AOR says - it could be months before you hear from us. So I guess there is still a long wait ahead. Hopefully, it is better now since some of my friends who applied in June 2020 are now completing...

Received AOR today June 6th. The old name appears on the application though the name changed after marriage. Anyone here knows that it will finally be processed under the new name?

Has anyone here received their Canadian passport after applying recently? Or is there a group for March/April/May passport applicants? I am hearing it takes 2+ months to get your passport.

I notified them the same day I entered Canada and they scheduled it for about 3 to 4 weeks after that. But I think it is based on availability so yours could be a bit sooner or a bit later than that. But most likely around that period - about a month.

You can simply email them about your situation and they will reschedule. I had the same situation and they postponed it for me. Though they will only give you a new date once you confirm that you have returned to Canada. Email address should be on your Oath invitation letter.

The same thing happened to me. Seems like the date we see in our account is not real until and unless we receive the oath invitation in our email. They will send an email once a spot is selected. Until then you can keep checking your account for updates on a new date.

Hi All, just sharing my update: Originally oath was scheduled for 9th Feb but did not receive an invitation. It got rescheduled to 10th March now and received the invitation on 1st March. All the best everyone.

That's right. I still haven't. I have emailed the Scarborough office and have opened a web form. Hopefully, I have something by today or they will likely have to re-schedule me.
