Dear all My course staring in first week jan 2019 and my tickets booked for 2 dec2018 ie. 4 weeks prior to course..Now someone told me that there are new rules that person cannot enter BEFORE THREE WEEKS of course start date...Is it true ...I have booked my tickets in advance should i change it...

i have applied for red river college winnipeg for sep 2018 intake , but till date i have not received the offer letter . I have seen the status on the website it shows Wait ..i applied thru agent , he told to wait....For how long i should wait for the offer letter, and how much time it takes...
