    When you login to online account , it says application/profile updated . Once you logout and login again the status goes to previous as submitted.

    I got the same reply today "Unfortunately, at this time, the processing and production of Permanent Resident cards is still on hold. We anticipate that this process will begin soon. However, we are unable to confirm the receipt of your documents or estimate when you will receive your PR Card. "
