Hi, I got copr on 7dec I link pr card with gc key Gu1 on 11 dec Final decision today card has been mailed. I live in NS will my card delivered early as heard from someone that pr card is send from Sydney office?

P1- 24th Aug P2- 08 Sept COPR- Waiting Called ircc today they have no access after portal 1. They told just to wait for officer email. Last week I email them on P1 email address no reply for that too.:confused::confused:
