Yes there are fair chances of refusal.. you have to clearify your dual intent in your submission letter. Its ok to have dual intent. But achieving PR through study permit way is not acceptable by IRCC.. ultimately they will think you would not leave canada at the end of your authorized stay...

Does any one have idea about canadian high commission working in Saudia or not. Since as per current diplomatic issues.. are they entertaining visa applications????

Hi. You have to show your employment to fill the gap. This is the only way out to show that during your graduarion and pgd you were on job. Attach employment letter. If you been receiving salary in bank then attach statement or payslips. Thats it.
