We changed it everywhere except on the original english nikkah nama that has her fathers name other then that, its all under her new last name including NADRA marriage certificate, union council nikkah nama computerized,ID Card, Passport, Birth certificate.

Just checked. Her ID, Passport only has her new last name and no fathers name. Her birth certificate and Marriage certificate from NADRA also has her new last name. We don't have a Urdu nikahnama only english from union council and it is registered and stamped with her fathers last name. Perhaps...
