when doing notarized the divorce certificate which ministries attestation will need in the copy from Bangladesh??

my husband is sponsoring me from Canada.but recently they asked my divorce certificate. my question is do i need to send the original divorce certificate or the notarized one?? if notarized then which departments seal needed in the notarized copy??
