now i am preparing to re submit my application for sponsor my wife(previous one has been returned for not providing BACKGROUD declaration form for my daughter). my wife and i have a 18 years of daughter(has permanent resident of canada),when i am filling IMM0008, i am totally confused about CIC...

i can say they must return your applicaition, because you have not received AoR since JULY. sorry to hear that.

i think checklist is required item, so your application must be return to you.
