The impact of being told "Eligibility not met because we were unable to determine your duties" started with panic followed by a fear that my application can get rejected... To elevate the stress levels, they give no further information of whether I will be given a chance to submit supporting...

That is exactly what I dont understand.... If I hadnt called, or if I believed "Everything with your application is fine" I would never have known... Unless I ordered GCMS notes which takes a good 30-45 days...
