I sent an additional documents through web form on 10 august 2018 and I got a reply from cic that we have forwarded your documents to responsible department and automated message still say 'we need your documents ' Can anybody tell me how much time they take to get uploaded ?

I sent my additional document for spouse on 10th of july but i did not get any update till now ,still saying we need your additional documents . Is anybody has the idea how long its gonna take to changed the status to document recieved??

Added spouse on 12th march 2018 and got medical for spouse on 18 june and also got request for additional documents on same day and now waiting for ppr...
