I applied in October,took the test March 28 and since than I have been in process I called twice and I have not made any specific answer.

I passed the citizenship test on March 28,but I was still in the process (no DM) I contact twice, and at first maybe it was not up to date,they said the second time was that work process was 12 months.my file was in Scarborough and filed in October 2017.Does anyone have idea?

I called to CIC yesterday and and I asked about my case ( I'm still in process from March till now) he told me only for clarification so I don't know what but I think for BGC (maybe).
