Hi all, My PCC request letter states to send the original document, but doesn't provide an address. My online account provided an upload place (which I used). Does anyone know if/where I need to send it? My case office is Mississauga, but there are several addresses - help! Thanks in advance

This happened to me too, they used my Dec 2016 medical and stated that I had passed the medical back in March, but have now requested another one :( Hopefully they won't do this to you.

My schedule A was requested but no police certificate - is this normal? I sent schedule A back months ago and my background check is in progress, but I am worried as I can't upload police check until they request it.
