That’s what they told me too when I called them and after 1-2 days I received the AOR1 and SA then a week later, medical request :) Goodluck and God bless! Be positive :)

Hi! Yes I called them on my 8th week after I sent the application. I reached them by pressing 2 1 1 0. And they are processing my file now. Application date is July 6 2018.

Try calling them, they will give you an assurance that they received or if ever same thing happened to me, I received the e-mail with application # and UCI after calling them.

Hi! It was sent last 3rd of July and they received it last 6th of July. I called them on my 8th week of waiting.

Hi! I received the AOR1 last 2nd of September and now (Sept. 11) I received the Sponsorship Eligibilty Decision that I was approved. I wonder what’s next? We’ve already sent the PCC, schedule A and Right of Permanent Residence Fee upfront.
