Does anyone know whether AMIE or AMICE(I) degree (INDIA) are eligible for ECA candidates passed in year 2017-18

IQAS is asking degree for ECA but WES is not so what to do...another doubt whether i should provide High School and Intermediate education also for ECA... is it necessary?
