where should I apply
I am from Asia but now working in Venezuela less than 1 year ( with work permit). I've learnt that processing time in Asia is longer than in Venezuela (2 time longer). Can I still apply in Venezuela ? Anyone used and happy with consulting service for application please recommend me. Thanks- TMK
