CSE is case specific enquiry. You can search the forum on how to send that. And as I said in my earlier post, I sent them many emails/CSes but they never responded. They will process it whenever they feel like. What we can do is just try and hope that our complaints/emails make it process...

In our country, India usually study permits dont require an interview. Yours is a different country I guess and I have no idea if an interview/Biometrics etc is required for your application. Yes, it has been quite a delay in the processing of your application. But I think its positive because they asked for a new deferral letter which shows that they want to give the permit to you. I think you should get it very soon. Try sending them emails and CSEs every week.

Nope I didnt! I sent them via emails and CSEs but they never attached it to my file. So didn't matter in my case. I recommend to send them when you apply to avoid any problems later. But again, depends on the checklist. They are anyways optional. If they really think something fishy is going on...

I would count 7 weeks/60 days maximum since the date of your application. So maybe 12th of August. You are still not in the freaking out phase. Relax! :)

Nope, not yet. I have searched this forum and some say it's going to take a few days to show up in our account. Some cases, they don't come at all. I will email them and also send them a CSE for this issue. I don't think its required as a must document to enter Canada. It is definitely required...
