Are there any Apr applicants waiting to get AOR? My app reached on Apr 26th. I still have'nt heard anything since then... Did someone call the CIC recently, their line seems to be busy and i only hear a recorded message saying " there is high call volume and try later" Any help pls

Hello everyone, Is there a toll free no to reach them for information about my application? They recieved my application package on 26th Apr 2018. No news after that.
