    Yes I did, my VO is also Ottawa but the reply I got from the webform only said that my request will be forwarded to the relevant office, which doesn't make sense as I understand they just need to send me a link to the portal to upload my docs.

    Congratulations! Do you mind sharing what your visa office was? I'm in a similar situation as you but still awaiting that golden email. Also did you ever request GCMS notes or send a webform letting them know your status was expiring soon?
