Hello everyone. Does anyone here know the implication of submitting a 'letter' of explanation which is not in a letter format? I mean rather than having an address and a Dear....., you go straight to explain what you want to clarify and attach it to each section.

Thanks. The mail I got requested for a fresh application and payment, which I did. I had to do it again, and this time thanks to God, I got the PCC from FBI

My application got rejected because of poor quality of my fingerprints. Now do I have to fill the form and make payments again? Or do I just submit another set(s) of fingerprint cards? My EDO status still shows RESPONSE WAITING

Please did you get to fill the form and pay again each time it was rejected, or you only had to resubmit the fingerprint cards?

My completion date was 7/13/2018, but I got the ECA about 12 hours ago today (07/10/18)
